    Is he for real!
What sort of disappointment is he and how much more are we going to absorb.
This disappointment goes not only to his loyal fans but most importantly himself. How can a human be given a talent to achieve something that takes one person a lifetime to achieve and then abuse this and flaunt his behavior in front of the very people that want to stand by his side and believe the good in him.
One thing for sure is the only role model he is now is what not to do with a talent we may only see once in a life time.
As a parent I am concerned that his parents have given him support and love only to receive more abuse and bad behavior.
I am disappointed that he is of an age were he should know better.
As one man once said...most eloquently. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME.

Unfortunately, Cousin's case is not a single example of proceeding with criminal charges without sufficient evidence and making public details of allegations unsupported by legal evidence. In Queensland, Vincent Berg's and some other cases are not less alarming. It seems that the rule of law and respect to legal evidence and individual human rights such as presumption of innocence and privacy are in danger of being replaced by "witch hunt" practices.

Thanks for the comments guys. I understand your point Andreas. I think that the clubs are between a rock and a hard place in that if they do nothing claiming they are waiting for the court case they are hammered for doing nothing and if they do something on the charges they open themselves up to something like this.

Now on Cousins I don't think that the Eagles did anything wrong as I would be really really suprised if one of the clauses in his new contract would be that he can't refuse a drug test and he did. Whether he gets off the case because he successfully argues that legally he didn't have to take the test, it still (assuming I am right on the contract) would breach his contract.

I do feel sorry for Cousins and hope he can get himself right but I fear that his is the end of Cousins.
