Hey Dude,
I assume that the photo's you are talking about are the ones at the bottom of the page. I am following the public Flickr feed on the term AFL. As this is a Public feed, I don't know where the photos will come from or who they are taken by. Again this is the public feed and Flickr allows these on other sites as long as there is a link back to the originial page (which there is). If you have an issue with this, fair enough, but your complaint needs to go back to flickr or you have to remove them from the Public feed as I have no way to take your photos out of this feed with the technology that I am using as it is from a third Party.

Looking at the FAQ (http://www.flickr.com/help/privacy/#22) it does seem to say that you marking it Public opens it up for public use. I am not sure if something changes it you use Creative Commons (which you problably should consider).

I am sorry about this and I do like your photos. If it is any consulation, as soon as more photos are tagged AFL, yours will leave the page.
